Chinese vendor ZTE has launched a touch screen tablet device based on the Android 2.1 platform.

The ‘Light’ offers a seven inch TFT touch screen and weighs only 403g. The tablet supports voice calling on dual band UMTS 2100MHz/900MHz and internet access on HSUPA network with a download speed of up to 7.2Mbps and an upload speed of up to 5.76Mbps. The device packs 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM as well as an accelerometer, wifi, GPS, an SD card slot and a three megapixel camera.
