KPN, Telefonica partner to target enterprise
Nokia and du claim first VoLTE call in the Middle East

European carriers KPN and Telefónica have struck a deal to support the delivery of global services within each other’s markets to multinational customers.

The agreement will enable provision of service to more than 1,200 multinational corporations across both Telefónica and KPN’s relative markets, incorporating a footprint across the European region and key emerging territories. The partnership spans more than 20 countries including Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Spain, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, among others. Germany, where both companies have competing mobile operations, is excluded from the agreement.
