Vodafone has announced two partnerships with Tele2 and TDC Group to grow the company’s footprint in the Baltic region

The Tele2 agreement will focus on the Swedish, Latvian and Lithuanian markets. While the primary focus will be on expanding Vodafone Global Enterprise services to new markets, the partnership will also allow Vodafone and Tele2 to provide central agreements to international enterprise customers that seek to purchase services across the multiple markets.

“Our new partnership with Tele2 will give corporate customers in Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania access to the expertise and experience of Vodafone’s global enterprise products and services,” said Vodafone Partner Markets Chief Executive Diego Massidda. “I am delighted that Tele2 has joined our Partner Market network and look forward to developing our relationship for the future.”

The extension of the strategic partnership with TDC Group, which initially begun during 2001, will give TDC customers access to Vodafone’s 4G network in Denmark and Norway, while also allowing multinational companies present in these countries to have access to various Vodafone enterprise services.

“I am delighted to continue our long-standing partner market relationship with TDC and I look forward to serving TDC’s customers with the best of Vodafone’s products and services,” said Massidda. At the end of a busy day of Baltic bizdev Massidda’s cheeks must be hurting from all the smiling he’s been doing at press conferences.
