The shortlist for the Broadband InfoVision Awards 2011 has been announced today, ahead of a glittering Gala Dinner Awards presentation taking place on the opening evening of the Broadband World Forum on 27 September.

The Broadband InfoVision Awards are regarded as the industry’s most highly-esteemed awards, and have long been established as the industry’s most prestigious recognition of excellence in the broadband marketplace. For the second year running, the awards ceremony is being held aboard the Bateau Diamant on the river Seine in Paris.

The event will recognise the outstanding technologies developed for broadband services over the past year, whilst reflecting the full broadband ecosystem.
