Software Defined Operations & the Autonomous Network

Now in its fifth year, Light Reading’s flagship OSS event has been rebranded to reflect the increasingly software-defined nature of all new telecom technology, from networking to operations. The event will continue to build on its success as the industry’s premier forum for the discussion of the impact of SDN and NFV on network operations. In addition, the event has been expanded to a second day which will address the topic of automation, focusing on the core components of the autonomous network, namely analytics, artificial intelligence, intent-based orchestration and robotic process automation.

Software Defined Operations & the Autonomous Network will bring together the foremost developers of the technologies that go to make up OSS and Automation (including orchestration, service lifecycle management, service assurance, analytics, AI, machine learning, telemetry, and robotic process automation) with the communications service providers, systems integrators and OTTs that are blazing the trail by deploying them as part of production networks.

The event will be chaired by Ray Le Maistre, Editor-in-Chief, Light Reading and James Crawshaw, Senior Analyst, Heavy Reading.
