Test and measurement firm Keithley Instruments has approved a merger with Danaher Corporation and Aegean Acquisition Corporation.

Following a positive vote for the move at a special meeting, Keithley said that the status of an FTC review should not affect the anticipated timing of the completion of the transaction during the fourth quarter of 2010.
