Here are some of the key findings from the survey report:

• The respondents see a clear value in deploying 5G-SA as three in four state that they either have already completed standalone or will be rolling it out at some point in the next 4 years.
• But there main several key challenges to the progress of standalone. The main barrier faced in the deployment of 5G-SA is the lack of viable monetisation models to justify investments as the business case remains unclear with more than half of all votes.
• When it comes to monetisation capabilities, 5G enterprise private networks is the clear favourite capability with nearly three in five votes.
• About three in four participants believe security checks will likely have a negative impact on user performance in 5G enterprise networks. But two in five believe testing will allow them to strike the right balance between security and user performance.
• With regards to security breaches in a network operator that compromised subscribers’ PII, the audience reaches a clear consensus with seven in ten voting for brand and reputational risks as the most significant concern.
