Polystar, a leading supplier of Service Assurance, Network Monitoring and Test Solutions for the telecom market, announced today that it has been awarded a contract to provide its enhanced suite of solutions to a Tier-1 Taiwanese Mobile Operator to monitor the performance of their LTE network.  In partnership with Ellipsiz Communications Taiwan, this agreement further consolidates Polystar’s footprint in Taiwan.

Polystar’s Network Assurance solution will help operator to successfully monetise its data assets and consistently manage the efficiency and profitability of its LTE investments. Under this agreement, Polystar will deliver its real-time Network Performance Monitoring solution. With the systems in place, mobile operator will be in the position to rapidly identify and resolve issues during the network roll-out phase, take control of its service performance from day one, and deliver the new technology to its customers with the best possible quality. In addition, Polystar’s multi-technology architecture will enable the client to assess inter-operability performance as well as optimise network quality.  As a result, Taiwanese Mobile Operator will benefit from a fast and efficient LTE network monitoring deployment and get an aggressive return on investment in a short time period.

The key to a successful LTE rollout is to keep the subscriber experience in focus, coupled with closely following the performance of new network elements and interfaces being introduced as part of the LTE deployment. Polystar Network Assurance Solution will help the Tier 1 Taiwanese Mobile Operator to overcome the challenges, associated with the move to the LTE technology. Polystar solutions will grant the operator a better understanding of how new devices and new software versions of existing devices will impact the end user experience. As a result, subscribers will benefit from the high quality of experience with LTE.
