As we move towards the final stage of another eventful year, we are delighted to share with you the results of our prestigious Annual Industry Survey in this special report.
It contains both good and bad news. Seven out of ten survey respondents feel telecoms has had a good year, while eight out of ten have a positive outlook for the industry in 2022.
As usual, this year’s report begins with our comprehensive sweep of the telecoms landscape, before taking a deep dive into six specific areas that are critical to telecoms today and tomorrow. They are 5G, Digital Transformation, BSS Modernisation, Broadband, Open RAN, and Customer Service Automation.

In addition, readers can find the full detailed survey results at the end of the report as an appendix.
