Norwegian regional service provider Enivest has ordered fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) solutions from Swedish firm Tilgin to simplify the deployment and maintenance of FTTH connections for its subscribers.
The Flexible Premises Solution chosen by Enivest includes fibre termination units, home gateways and an auto configuration server – all part of ongoing efforts to reduce field visits and offer self-installation options to its customers.
Eric Hjelmestam, vice president of solution management & marketing at Tilgin, said: “Today, our concept is a reality, a solution we can deliver to our clients. It provides our customers a solid business case; the flexible premises business case.”
