Vodafone has expanded its enterprise offering in Africa as growth in regional revenues tops the €1bn mark for the financial year ending March 2013.

Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) said Friday it is establishing two new regional hubs in Nairobi and Accra in order to enhance the level of support for more than 600 multinational customers with operations in Africa. VGE on the whole caters to 1,700 multinational customers throughout Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas, delivering mobile and fixed-line communications products and services.

The new hubs will meet the needs of multinational customers in east and west Africa, following on from the launch of operations by Vodafone Egypt in Cairo and Vodacom in Johannesburg.
