Vodafone shareholder wants Sarin out - Reports

According to reports, a major Vodafone shareholder is planning to vote against the re-election of the firm’s beleagured chief executive Arun Sarin to the board of the mobile company.

The AFX news agency reports that Morley Fund Management, which owns a 2.1 per cent stake in Vodafone, said “its patience with Sarin had run out”.

AFX quotes a spokesman confirming Morley will be voting against Sarin.
