SpatialBuzz enhances cloud CEM platform

UK crowd-sourced network analytics outfit SpatialBuzz has announced a major enhancement of its cloud-based customer experience management (CEM) platform, which is consequently now called HDAnalytics+.

SpatialBuzz specialises in collecting network data and combining it with subscriber and crowd-sourced data. In the case of its HDAnalytics product, this data is used to identify where subscribers are generally experiencing problems such as outages.

HDAnalytics+ apparently builds on all this by introducing ‘crowd-shaped decision making’, flagging up both current and longer-term issues via its web-based interface. The new product launch was designed to coincide with the start of Customer Experience Management in Telecoms Global Summit in London.

“Crowd-shaped decision-making is the next step in helping operators to use crowd-sourced experience data to quickly derive real business benefits by targeting areas on the network that require attention in order to improve the customer’s service experience”, said Andrew Blake, CTO of SpatialBuzz. “With HDAnalytics+ we are bringing the power of crowd-shaping to telecoms as we look to help operators shape and reshape their offerings as customer usage evolves and changes.”
